WHAT CAN WE DO TO PROTECT OURSELVES FROM THE VIRUSES?

The prevention of the virus should act in the direction of raising the defense of the immune system. Proper nutrition comes first, with a balanced amount of vitamins and minerals. If we do not provide enough vitamins through food, we can use supplements. Regular physical activity also encourages proper work and defense of the body.

And of course – rest and sleep, 8 hours of sleep is optimal for the body to renew itself properly. If we take care of our body, it will be strong enough to cope with various attacks from the external environment that will try to upset the created balance.

In the period when the virus reigns, we should avoid situations in which we could become infected. For example, staying indoors where there are a lot of people. In such spaces, the air is dry, it dries out the mucous membrane, so it is easier for the virus to penetrate. Reduce contact with other people to a minimum, wearing a mask is recommended because the virus is transmitted by droplets.
