RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

We would like to inform you that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (“RS Official Gazette “No. 62/2014), purchases through our sales website www.mintmedic.rs are considered as Distance Sales.
The Law on Distance Selling establishes the right of a Buyer, who is considered as a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to meet his/her individual needs and not to perform any professional activities), to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days from the day the product was delivered. When withdrawing, the Buyer can, but does not have to state the reasons for withdrawing.
The Form / Statement of Withdrawal from the Contract has a legal effect from the day it is sent to the Seller.
In case of Withdrawal from the Contract, the Buyer has the right to a refund or exchange bought product for another one. The money is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product, and within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Withdrawal Statement.
The Buyer is solely responsible for the impaired value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods in a way that is not adequate, i.e. If the state of the goods exceed the required conditions needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The Seller has the right to refuse the return of the goods if the Seller determines that the goods were not returned in the condition in which they were delivered, and due to the Buyer’s inadequate handling of the same.
As a customer, you do not bear the costs incurred by Withdrawing from the Contract, except for Postage Costs arising from sending the goods to our address. For our part, we undertake that, immediately upon receipt of the goods returned on the basis of Withdrawal from the Contract, we will refund the funds paid for the returned goods or send the item you want for replacement.
The Buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the Withdrawal Statement. After the expiration of 14 days from the day they sent the Withdrawal Statement, the product can no longer be returned.
When returning the goods, the Buyer is obliged to enclose the Invoice / Delivery Note.
The Seller is obliged to return to the Buyer, without delay, the amount that was paid under the Contract, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Statement of Withdrawal, and after receipt of the product.

In case of return of goods or refund to a customer who has previously made a payment with one of the Payment Cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Mintmedic Online Shop is obliged to make a refund exclusively via VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the request of the Seller, refund the funds to the Cardholder’s account.
